Our Promise

CPW Fire&Security guarantee that no client's premises will ever be left without security or fire protection due to faults developing in their systems from equipment that was installed by CPW. Replacement parts or repairs will be carried out by our engineer within 4 hours of notification of fault as this is covered under our fully comprehensive maintenance scheme, which CPW take pride in being one of the most cost effective in the Fire and Security Industry.

Quality Monitoring

CPW Fire & Security have ensured that all our customers have 'peace of mind' as all our Quality Systems and products are monitored by external independent accreditation bodies on an annual and bia-annual basis. See our Standards Information

Price Pledge

CPW Fire & Security are pleased to announce that their price pledge policy to customers not to increase the cost of their Maintenance Agreement with CPW Fire and Security without 3 years notice is again being held at the same cost level as to when the customer joined our CPW Fire&Security Maintenance Programme.

CPW Fire and Security are continuing this price pledge policy to customers that we will not increase the cost of our Maintenance Agreements for a minimum period of 3 years and thereafter will not increase the cost of their Maintenance Agreement without giving 3 years notice of any increase and that the rate of any increase will not be any more than the current rate of inflation.

CPW Fire and Security are one of the highest approved System Maintainers in Scotland and are only 1 of 10 Companies in Scotland that have achieved the BAFE SP 203 Approval*.

CPW Fire and Security are not only approved by NSI but are also fully approved to meet the requirements of SSAIB.

If you add our ISO 9000 approval to that of out BAFE SP 203, NSI and SSAIB it gives you peace of mind that CPW Fire and Security are qualified to carry out your Maintenance Programme.

CPW Fire and Security also suggest to customers that their Maintenance Agreement is paid monthly/quarterly/annually by Standing Order. This gives customers the peace of mind that if CPW Fire and Security do not meet with their requirements then the customer can cancel this agreement at any time.
